台股今年來漲幅逾1成，堪稱亞股優等生，卻也讓不少空手投資人望之卻步，不過盤點各類股，除了光電類股本益比偏高，包括金融保險、塑膠等其餘類股目前的本益比仍然接近5年平均水準，未有大幅偏高跡象，從價值面來看，台股仍有投資優勢，保德信投信分析，今年第4季指數將呈區間震盪，只有出現修正，都是布局台股基金的好時機。
保德信店頭市場基金經理人賴正鴻認為，近期台股價值面明顯回升，有四大利多持續發酵：一、全球總經環境與採購經理人（PMI）數據持續好轉；二、到明年第一季之前，企業獲利年增率仍在改善的軌道上；三、大部分類股評價偏低；四、相較於鄰國，台股殖利率高人一等。
賴正鴻強調，超值推電子營收旺季高峰可能落在9、10月，投資人宜留心全球政經情勢的變化，包括下月8日的美國總統大選；以及12月的義大利公投及聯準會（Fed）的利率決策會議，但是從歷史經驗來看，台股在本季多有表現，投資人不妨可以耐心找買點，以基金參與台股行情。
摩根台灣金磚基金經理人葉鴻儒指出，台股大盤本周再度兵臨9,300點大關，多方再現登高契機，而受惠於產品周期帶動，企業明年盈餘成長可望由負轉正來到9.1％，對照目前估值便宜，本益比和股價淨值比分別只有13.6倍和1.7倍，雙雙均較過去15年平均來得低；加上高殖利率和匯價穩定等雙重利多加持，投資價值不言而喻，指數短線若是遇國際消息面干擾而修正拉回，不失為進場撿便宜的好時間。
群益馬拉松基金經理人沈萬鈞表示，在產業旺季的拉貨需求帶動下，台灣景氣逐漸回溫，經濟數據方面不僅8月工業生產指數由負翻正，製造業生產指數更連4月正成長，基本面好轉可望為大盤提供支撐，加上目前全球仍維持低利環境，國際資金動能尚存，都有利於台股表現。
在投資布局方面，建議可留意今年有成長甚至獲利創新高的低基期利基型個股，以及展望佳的中小型個股與績優傳產股。

今天(9日)凌晨5點多，桃園市中壢區一名62歲的林姓男子，開車來到中壢火車站，竟然把車給開進人行地下道，當場進退不得。警消獲報後，趕緊出動幫忙脫困。
據了解，林男在今天凌晨5點多，開車沿著中壢火車站前圓環前進，由於當時天剛剛亮，林男精典限量又不熟悉地形，看到人行地下道出入口，誤以為是一處地下停車場，竟然開著車就往前準備開進去，當場被卡住在樓梯上。由於車前輪已經打空、進退不得，林男趕緊向警消求援，最後才順利脫困。
林男事後向警方表示，自已當時真的不知道開進了人行地下道，還好車速並不快，只有前輪卡住，當時也沒有行人，否則若撞到人，恐怕就麻煩大了。
